We recommend checking out our schedule and finding a class that works best for you! You may certainly reserve a class when you arrive at the studio. We host classes at specific times so please be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class to get yourself set up and ready to workout. We have a 5-window grace period from the start of class and for your safety, will not allow latecomers. We also reserve the right to cancel your spot, if there is a waitlist for the class.
