How can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel or modify your reservation through the website or our apps.
Please make sure that you are logged into your account and click HERE. Click Modify and you can cancel your reservation.
On the dashboard of the iOS app, tap Modify Reservation, then tap Cancel Class.
Tap the main menu then My Reservations, select your class, then tap Cancel Class.
Is there a penalty for canceling class?
All classes must be cancelled by 5:00 PM the day prior to your scheduled class in order to avoid a penalty. If you cancel after 5:00 PM, you will forfeit one credit or, if you have an unlimited membership, you will be charged a fee. Classes may be cancelled on the website or through the Fly iOS or Android app.
How does the waitlist work?
If someone in your waitlisted class cancels their reservation after 4:30 PM local time the day prior, the first person on the waitlist will receive a text from Fly, asking if he or she would like the available spot. If that’s you, you have 15 minutes to respond YES. If you don’t respond, we’ll text the next person on the waitlist, and you will remain inactive on the waitlist. If you respond YES, the spot is yours and you will receive a confirmation via text and email. (And don’t worry about any midnight Fly texts. The texting window will be closed from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM local time.)
If someone cancels before 4:30 PM the day prior, you’ll get an email notification saying you’ve made it into class.
If you used a credit to add yourself to the waitlist and you do not make it into class, we will reimburse your credit after class begins.
What happens if I’m running late to class?
We know unexpected delays happen (we're looking at you, traffic jams), which is why we allow a 5-minute window after the start of class for you to enter the stadium or Precision Training room. After 5 minutes, latecomers will not be let in to protect the safety of our guests.
When does your booking window open?
Our booking window opens at 5 PM every Sunday, which allows you to book classes through the following Monday.
Interested in booking earlier? Our Early Booking Subscription Add-On will allow you to start booking classes at 5 pm on Friday!
How can I switch bikes/mats?
We're happy to offer the ability to switch bikes or mats! Whether you're on our website or app, just click Modify next to the reservation you want to update. You'll be directed to your reservation and you can select your bike/mat to switch your spot. You can also call your local studio, and our Fly Team will be happy to assist you!
How can I switch class times?
After you've made a reservation, you can cancel and re-book into the class time that works best for you! Remember, our cancellation deadline is 5:00 pm the day before the class.
