How can I sign up for a class at FLY Live?
Superfly National, all New York Flywheel memberships, all New York Metro (Scardale, Millburn and the Hamptons) Flywheel and Plus+ memberships are eligible to book at our FLY Live Studio. If you do not have a membership, you must purchase a New York class credit or New York credit package to reserve a class for yourself. (First Class Special credits are not eligible for booking at our FLY Live studio).
How much is a class credit at the FLY Live stadium?
The cost is the same as our standard NYC priced credits. (Please note, our first class special credits are not eligible for the FLY Live studio).
Do I need to sign a waiver prior to the start of a FLY Live class?
Because classes are filmed, you will be likely be on camera. Prior to class, you’ll need to sign a FLY Live release form, which will pop up for you when you reserve your first ride.
Where is the FLY Live studio located?
FLY Live is on the lower level of our Lincoln Square studio at 150 Amsterdam Ave. in New York City. The studio is easily accessible by subway, and the nearest station is 66 St-Lincoln Center.
When is the booking window open for FLY Live in studio classes?
Our booking window opens at 5 PM every Sunday, which allows you to book classes through the following Monday.

When should I arrive for my FLY Live class?
We recommend arriving to class at least 15 minutes prior to the start of class time and reserving your class in advance so that you can sign our waiver form. We will not admit guests within 5 minutes of the start of class time and we reserve the right to give your bike to another guest. Please note, FLY Live reserves the right reassign your bike at any time.
What should I wear to the FLY Live studio?
Clothing that is reflective, all white, features non-Flywheel brand logos, and/or has bright neon coloring is not permitted. FLY apparel is always welcome!
What can I expect when I arrive at the FLY Live studio?
When you arrive, you'll check in on the front tablets or with our FLY Live concierge. The stadium is on the lower level, next to the Precision Training room. As always, shoes, water and towels will be provided, and there are lockers for your belongings at the FLY Live studio. If you reserve your class at the stadium, you'll need to fill out an agreement waiver for filming. (If you reserved in advance, you've already completed the waiver.) A member of our team can help ensure your bike is set up correctly.
What should I bring with me to a FLY Live in studio class?
Just your badass energy! Shoes, towels and water are complimentary. Note that we do have attire guidelines, which you can view HERE.
Do I get to select my own bike at the FLY Live studio?
Yes, you will be able to select your bike at the FLY Live studio, however, we reserve the right to reassign your bike.
What class formats do you have available at the FLY Live studio?
All Stadium Cycling that are available in the studio are available at FLY Live.
What if I have an issue during a FLY Live studio class?
A member of the FLY Team will be present for the entirety of the FLY Live class, and will be able to assist if there is an issue.
Will I be able to see my performance data after my FLY Live class?
Yes! As always, your performance metrics like RPMs (speed), Torq (resistance), Total Power, Speed, Distance and Estimated Calories Burned will be saved on your dashboard when logged into your account online or on the Flywheel Sports apps.
Will I be on camera at the FLY Live studio?
Depending on the location of your bike, you may or may not be on camera. We reserve the right to reassign your bike.
How can I cancel a FLY Live in studio reservation?
You can modify your in studio reservations through the website or on our app. Please make sure that you are logged into your account and click here. Click "Modify" and you can cancel your reservation.
Can I leave a FLY Live class at the studio early?
You will need to remain in the FLY Live studio for the entirety of class.
