To cancel a membership, please contact our Member Experience team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we require 30-day advanced notice from the start of your next billing date and, in most cases, you will be charged one final time. We do not pro-rate for membership charges. After cancelling, you can still purchase credits to FLY at the studio. If you're cancelling due to medical reasons, please remember we offer a medical freeze for up to 9 months. If you need to place your membership on a suspension for medical reasons, simply email a doctor's note to email@example.com.
