Method is our signature high-intensity interval training ride, which includes heavy hills, fast flats, and an upper body series. Looking to take it to the next level? Power is a more challenging ride with longer races, heavier hills and no upper body work. Tempo is a challenging, dynamic, and intensely fun class that incorporates rhythm riding, interval training, and athletic choreography.
