Method 45 is our signature workout that incorporates interval training, races, and an upper body series. Want to ride longer? Check your studio's schedule for Method 60 (one hour) or the occasional Method 90 (a 90-minute class)! We also have Beats, an endurance-based ride where you'll ride to the beat of the music.
