If you're requesting to downgrade your membership, this change will take effect on the billing date following your request.
If you're requesting to upgrade your membership, you'll have immediate access to your new membership. We'll process a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle or charge you the full monthly membership dues and adjust your billing date.
