How does the Power Up Program work?
Your Power Score will be recorded after every Stadium Cycling class you take in studio (every Precision Training class counts for 250 Power Points). You can also earn Power Up points by referring friends, completing a challenge and getting a new PR (your Personal Record) in a wheel class. How long do my Power Points last?
Power Points accrue annually, so every Power Point earned in a studio will help you score prizes in 2019. On January 1, 2020, your Power Points will automatically reset.
Can I earn Power Points for taking Precision Training?
Yes! Precision Training is fully integrated into the Power Up program. Each class that you check into is equivalent to 250 Power Points, and will be automatically added to your total Power Score.
How do I select my gift?
The gift you earn is determined by the specific Power Up threshold you achieve and no action is needed. Simply visit our POWER UP PORTAL, select your sweatshirt size, and preferred studio (for pick-up), and be on the lookout for an email with more instructions!
Please note, due to limited space we can only hold your gift for 60 days once it arrives.
How do I redeem my at-home workouts?
Your at-home workouts can be accessed through a link in your Power Up emails. You will receive an email once you achieve 750, 5K, 10K and 15K Power Up points.
Didn't receive an email? Please contact us at help@flywheelsports.com and we're happy to help.
How do I determine my sweatshirt size?
Our sizing chart is available HERE.
How does the Power Up Early Booking prize work?
When you earn 30,000 Power Points, you will automatically be awarded Early Booking (Friday at 5PM) for the remainder of the 2019 program (January 1, 2020). Additionally, when you earn 50,000 Power Points, you’ll automatically be awarded Early Booking through 6/30/20.
When will I get my gift?
Your gift will be delivered to the studio of your choice in the middle of the month after you reach a new Power Up tier. For example, if you reach a Power Up tier in January, your gift will be delivered to the studio in mid-February.
Oops! I forgot to select my sweatshirt size.
No problem! You can visit our POWER UP PORTAL and select your preferred size at any time. If you enter your size the month after you hit a new Power Up tier, your gift will be delivered the following month. For example, if you hit a Power Up tier in March, but enter your size in April, your shirt will be delivered in May.
What if my gift never arrived?
If your gift wasn’t delivered to the studio, email help@flywheelsports.com with "Power Up" in the subject line.
What are some other ways to get points?
Our exclusive Power Up program rewards you for crushing it! You’ll earn Power Points each time you take a Flywheel ride and get 250 Power Points for every Precision Training class you complete. In 2019, we’ve introduced more ways to level up!
Refer A Friend: Use your unique referral link at https://www.flywheelsports.com/refer-a-friend. When your friend spends $50 in classes at Flywheel, you'll receive 250 Power Up points in addition to $50 in Fly Cash.
Complete a Fly Challenge: When you complete an official Fly challenge, you’ll score 1,000 Power Up points following the challenge end date.
Get a new PR: Hit a new personal record in a Flywheel ride? 50 Power Up points are yours! Metrics that count toward your PR are: Power Score (per duration), Max Torq, Average Torq, Max RPM, and Avg RPM.
* Power Up only applies to classes taken in-studio. Fly On Demand classes don't count towards your Power Up score.
* In the event of data loss for any ride, we will use your average Power Score to credit your account for the missing ride.
